A price increase is an uncomfortable topic for many beauty professionals. In fact, regular clients expect it – when it's well justified and announced in good time.
1. Know your numbers
Check your statistics to see which services bring in the most revenue and how full your calendar is. If occupancy is over 85%, a price increase is justified.
2. Announce it at least a month ahead
Send your regular clients a personal message and add the new price list to your booking page from a set date.
3. Highlight the value
New materials, training, better service – talk about what changes for the client. In Pinkly, existing bookings keep the old price.
